King Durian Lapis 老树不骗人
King Durian Lapis 老树不骗人 is a premium Mao Shan Wang durian lapis created through a collaboration between Ollella and 99 Old Trees, bringing together meticulous lapis craftsmanship and exceptional old tree Musang King durian.
Made with pure Mao Shan Wang durian pulp sourced from mature old trees, this lapis is bold, rich, and unmistakably durian. Old trees grow slowly and fruit sparingly, but what they produce is deeper, creamier, and far more intense in flavour. That richness carries through every layer, delivering a durian experience that is full bodied, aromatic, and deeply satisfying.
Each lapis is hand layered patiently in small batches, allowing the durian to shine without shortcuts or dilution. The result is a cake that is moist, dense, and indulgent, with a smooth melt and a lingering durian finish that durian lovers will instantly recognise.

Storage Instructions:
Cling wrapped at all times to prevent cake from drying out.
Chiller below 4 Deg C for 2 days, thaw out for 10 minutes prior to serving.
Frozen below -15 Deg C for 1 month
We will not be able to provide cake slicing service.
We will not be able to provide free empty boxes.
Cutlery is not provided by default. Please write in the order notes before check out if you require forks. We can only provide 1-2 fork per item purchased. Place order before 3pm for next day delivery or pickup. Not applicable for Baby Full Month boxes and limited edition products.

Kueh storage instructions
Store at room temperature below 26 Degree Celsius, away from direct sunlight. To be consumed by 8pm of purchased date. If stored in refrigerator chiller section, rice base kueh should be re-steamed for 4-5 minutes to regain soft texture.

Pastries storage instructions
Best consumed within the same day at room temperature to ensure softness of sponge and filling. Leftovers can be stored in the chiller for 2 days.

Delivery
$20 delivery fee for below $50 spend.
$15 delivery fee between $50 and $150 spend.
Min $150 spend for free delivery time range between 1030-130pm, 330-630pm.
Above $200 for free 1 hour specific time delivery eg. 10am-11am.The above does not apply to Manyue orders unless ala carte items are checked out together in the order and is above $150, we can do 1 free delivery + 1 free delivery for the manyue items).
Manyue - 1 free delivery location available per baby (ie, order multiple separate orders but only 1 free delivery will be provided per baby) Additional delivery at $15/location, both free and additional delivery timing 1030-130pm, 330-630pm.

Please ensure that your recipient is available to receive and note the below terms:
- We are unable to deliver at a specific time. Delivery will be within time slot selected.- Collection Date must be strictly followed to specified order date, no changes to timing or date will be entertained 24 hours prior to delivery, extra charges will be imposed for last minute changes.
- We do not offer refund or redelivery should the wrong address be provided or should the recipient not be available to receive items within 10 mins of driver's arrival and calls.
